I agree to abide by the terms and conditions below upon admission of my son/daughter:

1. I agree to pay the full payment (£150) for each Term of 2026 if I have chosen this payment option (Term 1 Sep to Dec, Term 2 Jan to Apr, Term 3 Apr to Jul) 
2. I will purchase the books and any other materials required by the Madrasah 
3. I will provide 2 weeks notice before any planned leave.
4. I will ensure the child attends regularly and on time.
5. I agree to maintain communication with the Madrasah for any lateness, absences, or unplanned leave.
6. I agree that all information is correct and will update the admin team for any future changes 
7. I agree to support the Madrasah in ensuring my child must follow the Madrasah’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct
8. I agree the Madrasah reserves the right to suspend, expel, or take disciplinary action against a student for misconduct and I will comply with any disciplinary action taken on account of the child’s misbehaviour
9. I give consent to the use of the child’s photographs, videos, and academic achievements for educational, promotional, and institutional purposes (unless opted out in writing).
10. I agree to be responsible for the child’s safe travel to and from the Madrasah.
